Odyssey Herbicide by BASF is a selective, early post-emergence herbicide designed to control a wide range of broadleaf and grassy weeds.
Odyssey Herbicide Composition and Technical Details
Technical Content: Imazethapyr 35% + Imazamox 35% WG
Mode of Entry: Systemic
Mode of Action: BASF Odyssey is an ALS (Acetolactate synthase) inhibiting herbicide which is readily absorbed by both roots and foliage and translocated quickly through xylem and phloem to the site of action at the growing points of the weed. It inhibits Acetolactate synthase, a key enzyme in the pathway of biosynthesis of the branched-chain essential amino acids and thereby inhibits protein synthesis.
